Be a Part of the Art

StoneLion is busy creating our GIANT puppet show this year, The Pirates of Pollution. For the past four years we have created an amazing artistic experience using puppets from 12' to 85' in size. This performance is put on by area artists and people from the community just like you. This year's show will focus on clean water....and in keeping with that, we decided to float giant puppets down Brush Creek.
May 9, 2010  2:00 p.m.
47th and Oak Theis Park KC, MO

 We are looking for:
1) professional artists, actors and dancers to be in the show - Auditions are March 20-22. Call for an appointment.
2) Community members who have a limited time to commit to one meeting, one rehearsal and the performance. May 2 1:00 p.m. mtg, May 8 dress rehearsal and May 9 performance.
These individuals will perform as single blades of grass or cattails to creat an oversized marsh on the edge of Brush Creek. (Kind of like the Prius commercials).
3) A group of children to be fish in our school of fish swimming through our adult Cattails. Time commitment is again one meeting, one rehearsal and the performance.
